How To Clean Up Your Colon Naturally

It is long known that colon cancer is closely related to our modern lifestyle habit, and more importantly, the health of our colon. If you think that your body exhibit colon cancer symptoms, then do not wait, start immediately on natural colon cleansing programs to detox your colon.

Colon Cleansing

Here is a step-by-step guide for all you beginners who are new to colon cleansing program. It involves using colon cleansing product or colon cleanser (there are several good colon cleansers available in the market, which I don’t wish to mention here as I am not here to sell a cleasning powder product). There are other methods to cleanse your colon, but they involve making your own fiber shakes, which can be time-consuming for some. For most people, the simplest way to start cleansing is to use an off the shelf colon cleansing product.

1. Get a 3 months supply of colon cleansers

2. Give up any unnecessary medication you do not need to take (make sure you consult your physician if you feel the need to).

3. Discontinue taking any types of black tea, coffee, and caffeinated drinks such as soda.

4. You may have a one-day juice fast, or some sort of fast beforehand, although that is really up to you.

5. Stop eating all bad foods such as refined foods, meats filled with hormones, and especially junk food. Start eating clean, nutritious and organic foods.

The Cleansing Regimen

Morning:

1. Paranil - Before you eat anything, take 2 Paranil capsules, and drink it down with a large glass or water (8 ounces). While taking colon cleansing powder, you must take at least 8 glasses of water a day to prevent dehydration. And remember to avoid black tea, coffee, and caffeinated beverages. Soups, broths and juices are okay.

2. Colonic Cleanser - Fifteen minutes after taking Paranil, you now need to take the colon cleansing powder. Based on my experience, I highly recommend you try mixing this with fruit juice. It simply makes it taste a little bit better, than mixing it with regular water. Gulp down and swallow the entire fiber shake immediately. If you let it sit still for awhile, it will be too thick to drink, and you will have to make a new shake. After gulping everything down, follow it up with another large glass of water.

After 5-15 minutes, you can eat something light for breakfast. If you’re not in a rush, you should wait a little longer. If you’re taking any necessary medications (necessary is the keyword, if you don’t have to take it, do not take it), take them a hour or so after taking the colon cleansing shake. Talk with your physician about this if you’re not sure.

Throughout the Day

You must drink a lot of plain water while taking cleansing your colon. As a rule of thumb, always consume 8-10 glasses of water in 1 day. No more, no less. If you live in a very hot place, and sweat often throughout the day, you may drink a alittle bit more. It’s sad how little water we drink most of the time. We need more water than necessary while cleansing because the fiber actually absorbs a lot of water from our system during the cleaning process. If you don’t replace the fluids, you will become dehydrated, and that is not a pleasant experience to have.

At Night

Right before going to bed, mix a bag of KleriTea or any other similar tea in a glass of hot water for 2-3 minutes (use boiled water, and cool it with cold water). This tea will help your digestive system digest the dinner you just ate, and aid in fast transit of the toxins. It has a nice, soothing effect on your liver and bowels, and relaxes and calms your body, so that you can sleep well.
You may feel an urge to have a bowel movement when you wake up. KleriTea aids in the elimination of your bowels, by expeling fecal matter, and harmful toxins out of your system in the process.

From Day 6 - Day 30

1. ParaNil - When you wake up, in the morning, take Four Paranil capsules. Take it with a large glass of water, and ensure you do not eat anything before that.

2. Colon Cleanser - 15-20 minutes after Paranil, take the Colonic cleanser. Mix 1 scoop of it with water, fruit juice, or milk. Again, drink it quickly because it will become too thick and undrinkable if you don’t. Drink another glass of water (or more) immediately afterwards, as some of the fiber may clog your throat.

3. KleriTea - Before sleeping at night, drink the KleriTea as usual.

Day 31-90

After your first month of colon cleansing, discontinue taking Paranil and Kleritea for 5 days. Just take the Colon cleansing fiber as per directions. After 5 days, you may continue taking Paranil and drink the KleriTea before heading to bed.

What Are The Uses For Apple Cider Vinegar

What Is Natural Apple Cider Vinegar and uses for apple cider vinegar?  Is drinking apple cider vinegar good for your body?

The truly useful apple cider vinegar is NOT the clear vinegar you find in many stores.  If you want the powerful detox benefits, then get the natural apple cider vinegar with a brownish tinge to it and floating inside.  Different from the refined and distilled vinegars usually found in supermarkets.  A real apple cider vinegar with detox capability is naturally fermented from fresh, wholesome, organically grown apples.  When mature, it contains a web-like substance, called ‘mother’, which becomes visible when the rich brownish liquid is held to the light.  Only when fresh, organic apples are used to make the apple cider vinegar, you can get the benefit from its life stimulating enzymes and minerals.  Avoid distilled or treateed apple cider vinegar.

The Mother is the dark, cloudy substance in the apple cider vinegar that formed from naturally ocurring pectin and apple residues - it appears as molecules of protein connected in strand-like chains.  Vinegars with the Mother contain enzymes and minerals that other vinegars may not have due to over-processing, filtration and overheating.  Mother of vinegar is believed to have antibacterial and antifungal properties.  It is the most nutritious part of the apple cider vinegar.

Should apple cider vinegar be pasteurized?  Apple cider vinegar should not be pasteurized as pasteurization would eliminate the ‘mother of vinegar’ and also remove delicate nutrients and enzymes that may constitute a major portion of the food value of that consumable.  Therefore, only drink organic apple cider vinegar that is neither pasteurized (heated) nor filtered to ensure the enzymes and nutrients from the apple carry through to the cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar does not need to be refrigerated but it is recommended that you keep the drinks away from direct sunlight and in a cool location.  It is also recommended that you take apple cider vinegar together with water or juice as consuming it direct will cause discomfort to the stomach.

Is apple cider vinegar too acidic for the body?  Some people claim that that it is too acidic to drink apple cider vinegar.  But that is a fallacy.  Foods leave an acid or alkaline residue once they are completely burned to ash.  This is function of the type and amount of minerals present in the food.  Apple cider vinegar, because of its calcium and potassium mineral content, is alkaline forming in our body once it is burned to ash even though the original liquid is an acid.  And although the original liquid is an acid, its acidity is lower than that of commercial cola!

Master Cleanser Recipe Diet For Total Natural Colon Cleansing

Master Cleanser Recipe
The master cleanser recipe consists of the following:

For a minimum of at least ten days, drink:
- Two Tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. You just need to buy 1/2 lemon.
- Two Tablespoons of organic Grade-B maple syrup
- 2/10 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of spring water

If you suffer from diabetes, Stanley Burroughs cleansing program, (the creater of the Master Cleansing Diet) recommends that you use molasses instead of maple syrup in the first few days of the cleanse. If you haven’t read his instruction book, please do so before conducting the master cleanse. Also, remember to consult with your physician before going on the colon cleansing program. If you have some diseases, it may worsen your health when you do the Master Cleansing Diet.

Now, let’s go back to the diet: drink 6-12 classes of this lemonade solution everyday. No other food or supplements can be eaten during this homemade body cleanse diet. If you need food, you can simply take another glass of the lemonade solution. This is a pure lemon juice cleanse diet regimen. You’re basically juice fasting with pure lemonade cleansing diet

If you are overweight, you can use a little less maple syrup. If you need to gain weight, well, use as many as you want.

One quick note about those who wishes to lose weight with this homemade body cleansing diet…. Burroughs says, “The only things you can possibly lose are mucus, waste, and disease. Healthy tissue will not be eliminated.”

Please do not vary the amount of fresh juice in each glass you drink: keep it consistent. Make sure you drink at least 6 glasses of this natural detox juice everyday. Do not drink any other liquids such as coke.  However, you can drink as much water as you want.

Remember, this is a natural body cleansing diet regimen, not a weight loss diet. It makes sure you are getting rid of internal toxins when you are having bowel movements. During the first few days, you may experience some cravings, headaches, and even pain. To get rid of these master cleanser side effects symptoms, you should be having 1-3 bowel movements a day.

Drink a herbal laxative tea every evening. You can buy it easily at online or in a health store. The recommended tea is the senna tea. Senna, for those who do not know is a natural detox herb that helps regulates normal bowel movements. You should not drink senna tea more than twice a day, as it can cause dependency and some un wanted side effects.

Every morning, you will need to do a salt water flush (SWF). To do this, add 2 teaspoons of sea salt to 1 full quart of water. Do not use table salt - try to use celtic salt or a healthier kind. Mix the salt solution and drink the entire quart - make sure you drink this the moment you wake up! This drink is quite nasty and not easy for the throat, but just drink it as quickly you can. This stimulates a bowel movement a hour or so later, so make sure you can be near a toilet when it happens. If you have no bowel movements within 2 hours, do not worry - just add more salt the next time you drink it!

How to Break the Fast When You Are In Natural body detox Diet:
Breaking a long fast is extremely crucial.  You should always slowly introduce solid food back into your normal diet. Start with soups and broths, and later on add raw fruits and veggies. Do not start eating bagels right after the master cleansing diet - that’s just asking for trouble!

You can have some veggie soup or salad the second day after the master cleansing diet is over. Also, do keep drinking the lemonade drink during the morning. I recommend you do not eat meat, or drink milk for at least a few days after the master cleansing is over.
