How do you prepare the herb?

There are 2 ways.  You can either buy ready made Ale Vera juice from most of the grocery shops, or you can prepare it yourself – the homemade method.

Preparing Aloe Vera the homemade way

Buy a branch of fresh Aloe Vera.  Fresh Aloe Vera comes with a thick skin.

-  You need to remove the skin first.  Once the skin is removed, the fresh is exposed. The Aloe Vera fresh has a firm and jelly like texture.

-  Wash the Aloe Vera with clean water.  Chop the Aloe Vera into small pieces.

-  Fill up a kettle of water.  Put the Aloe Vera into the pot and boil it with a small fire.  Slow boil it for about 1 hours.  You can start smelling the fragrance of the boiling Aloe Vera.  You do not need to add any other ingredients into the water.

-  Let the Aloe Vera cool off.  Once it is cooled.  Add honey into the pot.  Stir the honey well.  The amount of honey to add depends on your preference.

Stir it well.  Now you have made yourself a pot of Aloe Vera.  You need not ask yourself on how to clean your colon naturally without spending a bomb again.  This pot of juice can last you for a week.

How do you take the juice?

Store the pot in the refrigerator.  Pour a cup and drink it empty stomach the first thing you wake up every morning.  An empty stomach will absorb the detoxifying juice well.  Let your stomach rest for awhile and feel the body absorbing the nutrient.

At night before you go to bed, drink a cup too.

Continue this for as long as you like.  You should start feeling the toxin being expunge out of your body after the 3rd day.  You should find your bowel movement alot more smoother.  After a month, you should start feeling a healthier skin too.
